Locating the GB 20 Acupressure Point: Below the base of the skull you will feel large hollows on both sides of the neck, between the two vertical neck muscles about 2 finger widths from the midline of the neck. Refer to Illustration 1.

Vertical Use:

The Headlift is designed to loop over a closed door to be used vertically. Place the longest end with the knot over the top of any durable door. Close the door and lightly pull the Headlift base down until it feels secure. You can adjust the height of the strap with ease by using the slip lock.

The Headlift base includes 4 different width options to fit any size neck. Place the pegs in the desired width to achieve GB 20 Acupressure Point placement, refer to Illustration 1. Slightly bend your knees to allow the pegs to apply pressure to the acupressure points focus on your breathing by taking long deep breaths. You may want to move your head in different directions to further massage your neck. Relief will be instantly noticed. Refer to Illustration 2.

Horizontal Use:

Place the Headlift base on the floor or any hard surface, a bed or soft surface will not work. The Headlift base includes 4 different width options to fit any size neck. Place the pegs in the desired width to achieve GB 20 Acupressure Point placement, refer to Illustration 1. Lie back on the Headlift allowing the pegs to apply pressure to the acupressure points focus on your breathing by taking long deep breaths. You may want to move your head in different directions to further massage your neck. Relief will be instantly noticed. Refer to Illustration 3.
